I have a beautiful friend, she is one of the sweetest funniest people you will ever meet. The heartbreaking truth is that she has picked up the act of self harm once again. Her parents have given up on her, she has no one else to come to. This is why I’m here. She wants to quit cutting. She has trusted me to watch her, to support her. I’ve dealt with cutting before. Getting “adults” and “authorities” involved doesn’t fucking help. Assisting the person who is suffering from this addiction by being there for them, giving them all your love, giving them a chance, this is what I am trying. She wants to get better, she wants to kick this habit. To prove this, she has been giving me her tools, one by one, day by day. Here I will document our progress and our hardships anonymously.
